Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Kosha. By creating an account or using Kosha, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Who can use Kosha
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Kosha.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
Planning together
You can invite a partner to plan with you. Anyone you invite can view and edit the shared wedding, so only invite people you trust.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add: your guest list, budget, photos and website text. You give us the permission we need to store and display that content in order to run the service for you.
You are responsible for the content you publish, including on your wedding website, and for having the right to share it.
Your guests’ details
Your guest list holds other people’s names and phone numbers. You decide what to add, so you are responsible for having a good reason to hold those details and for using them only to plan and run your wedding.
If you add guests from your phone’s contacts, we save only the guests you pick, and only the name and number you choose for each one. You can delete any guest, at any time, from your list.
Please do not use Kosha to send anything a guest has asked you to stop sending.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Kosha to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful or offensive content, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Vendors and registry
Vendor booking is not yet available, and any vendor information shown is for preview only. Gift registry contributions and gifts are arranged directly between you and your guests; Kosha does not process payments and is not responsible for gifts.
Service availability and changes
We are actively building Kosha and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
The service is provided “as is”
Kosha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Your planning tools are here to help, but you remain responsible for your own decisions and arrangements.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kosha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your wedding arrangements, vendors, or guests.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kosha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Our apps, and the app stores
If you installed Kosha from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are an agreement between you and Kosha only. Apple and Google are not parties to them.
We provide Kosha, not Apple or Google. We are responsible for the app itself, for supporting it, and for handling any claim that it does not work as promised, causes harm, or infringes someone’s rights. Apple and Google have no obligation to support or maintain the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund what you paid for it, which for Kosha is nothing. Apple has no further obligation of any kind.
You may use the app only on a device you own or control, and only as the App Store or Google Play terms allow. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a United States embargo and are not on a United States restricted-parties list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Egypt.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; by continuing to use Kosha you accept the updated terms.
